Used to convey crushed PET flakes between different processing units in the PET Bottle Washing Line. It provides stable and continuous material feeding while reducing manual handling.
The Floating Washer & Lifting Screw is designed to wash PET flakes and separate floating contaminants such as PP/PE caps, labels, and other lightweight materials. It also conveys cleaned PET flakes to the next processing stage.
The Friction Washer is designed to clean PET flakes through high-speed friction, removing dirt, glue residues, oil, and other contaminants to improve the quality of recycled PET flakes.
